My rollercoaster experience!

The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed a really good breakfast at the Bistro. The spacious room offered a beautiful view about the bridge lit up at night.

Poor check-in experience marred the excitement. Unpleasant billing issues left me frustrated, as I eventually discovered a surprise charge on my credit card after returning home.

Overall, my stay at Courtyard Downtown was great. The vallet parking was very convenient & the size of the room was unbelievably spacious! I found it to be nicer than Hilton hotels. It was very modern & had everything you needed for an overnight, or more, stay.The room was definitely worth what I paid for it.

The only thing I didn't like was that security knocked on my room door around midnight after my friends & I were already in bed & told us we were being too loud, when actually we were getting ready to go to sleep & making very little noise.

It made our trip to Memphis a really great experience. Had impressive, spotless room with a great view and a balcony and the working refrigerator.

the air conditioning didn't work. but the fresh breakfast options were a highlight, especially the avocado toast. the location was convenient for public transport, and the staff was really attentive.

The only thing I wish was available was room service, otherwise good stay. Room designs were great!

No room service and I didn't get my room cleaned while there.

The clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Although the valet parking felt a bit pricey, the hotel's proximity to attractions made it worth it. I would happily return!

I really appreciated the valet service that helped me feel secure about my car. The coffee at the Bistro was a great way to start my day. After a long drive, I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the outdoor space to unwind. The fridge in my room didn't work well, but it didn't put a damper on my stay-just a heads-up ☕

Modern and neat rooms with private bathrooms. Comfortable beds and central heating, an individual safe and TV set. Location next to downtown, riverside and Beale Street and another park on the shore of the Mississippi and the blue plate cafe across the street/park...

The spacious queen room was perfect for our family, and the hotel's cleanliness impressed me. The kids loved the pool area, bright and inviting. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt at home.

My kids wished for a self-parking option instead of just pricey valet. It would be great to have more affordable choices for families with children.

Lovely Stay with Very nice Service!

Our experience was amazing! The staff saved us from a stressful situation with swift help. The room was immaculate and secure parking was a plus for our road trip. Don't miss the flatbread at the bistro. The attention to safety was excellent. Highly recommend!

The king room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, contributing to a comfortable stay. The staff's really good friendliness and helpfulness made a significant positive impact, especially during breakfast at the Bistro with hot and delicious options. Using the valet service felt safe, as there was onsite security. A downside was the breakfast timing. An earlier start could have accommodated the guests' needs better. The air conditioning had some issues and could have been quieter.

I stayed in a King Room with a Sofa Bed for two nights. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was nice, complete with a great shower. I also loved the comfortable atmosphere. The only bummer was that valet parking can be a hassle on busy days, but the staff were super friendly, made up for it.
